APA Post-2017 Hoover Power Allocation Consultant

The Arizona Power Authority has engaged Olsson Associates as the consultant to work for the Commission on the Post-2017 Hoover Power Allocation Process.  Below is a copy of the executed Professional Services Agreement between the Arizona Power Authority and Olsson Associates for review.

Selection of the Post-2017 Hoover Power Allocation Process Consultant

The Arizona Power Authority Commission announces that it intends to engage Olsson Associates as Consultant for assisting the Commission in its Post-2017 Hoover Power Allocation Process.

Olsson Associates, headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska has 22 offices in six states, including locations in Phoenix and Chandler, Arizona.  The firm serves both public and private entities in many areas, including power, water/wastewater, and commercial land development.  The Olsson Associates team will be managed by Mike Powell for the Post-2017 Hoover Power Allocation Process.

January 30, 2013 Preliminary Meeting of Consultants

2017 RFP for Consultant

This RFP is for the APA Commission to develop and analyze Preliminary Proposals
and develop a Final Marketing Plan for allocating Hoover Resources Post-2017 and
have independent outside resources available to the Commission to respond to questions,
help vet and review proposals, and respond to public concerns, comments, and
other issues raised in the process.
